Chef – a la carte
We are looking for someone who loves to cook good food. You are accommodating and flexible, and thrive on both busy days and quiet days.
You have good manners and hygiene, are tidy and ensure good dining experiences.
Our a la carte restaurant has a strong focus on local food and local food traditions in Setesdal.
Tasks:
- Prepare lunch and dinner dishes from the à la carte menu
- Ensure good mise en place and efficient workflow in the kitchen
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of parties and events
- Maintain high quality of taste, presentation and hygiene
- Follow internal control systems and routines for food hygiene and safety
- Contribute to good cooperation with both the kitchen team and the serving team
- Participate in goods receipt, goods control and inventory management

Dishwashing help
Are you ready for your first job, or want to try your hand at a new industry? As a restaurant employee, you don't need any previous experience, and you will receive good training.
