Part-time caretaker 

We are looking for a versatile janitor who can fix most things in about a 60% permanent position.

Tasks:

• Operation, supervision and maintenance of buildings and property
• Carry out ongoing maintenance work and repairs to buildings/rooms/cabins/outdoor areas
• Responsibility for green spaces
• Renovation of buildings when needed
• Internal control

Personal characteristics:

• Structured, service-oriented, independent and responsible
• Has high work capacity
• You are flexible and have good collaboration skills
• Is open to new tasks and is solution-oriented

Qualifications:

• Driving license class B, BE/T is an advantage
• Versatile experience with craft tasks
• Norwegian and English language
