Tips and rules for a good sauna experience

To ensure everyone has a safe and comfortable time in the sauna, we ask that you read these simple tips before you go in the heat:

Before 

  • Wear swimwear and bring two towels – one to sit on and one to dry yourself with.
  • Bring water so you stay well hydrated.
  • It is a good idea to wear swimming shoes or sandals when walking between the bathing hut and the water.

Under

  • It should no Water is used on the stove – it is electric.
  • Listen to your body – if you feel dizzy or unwell, go outside and cool down.
  • Food, smoke and snuff are no allowed inside the bathroom.

After 

  • Leave the bathroom clean and tidy – just as you would like to find it.
  • Please take all your belongings with you and throw your trash in the trash can.
  • Remember to close the door when you leave the bathroom.

Safety

  • Never pray alone – always have someone with you to keep an eye on you.
  • Swimming and ice bathing are at your own risk.
  • People with heart problems, respiratory infections or fever should not use a sauna.

5. Terms of purchase
The seller is Sølvgarden Hotell & Feriesenter AS, Setesdalsvegen 3214, 4748 Rysstad, post@solvgarden.no, org. no. 990735611, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller/seller. The buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/purchaser.

Subscriptions and memberships
Your membership gives you access to Sølvgarden badstoge. You will have access from the moment of purchase. The subscription has no binding period and can be canceled at any time either by contacting Sølvgarden at post@solvgarden.no or by canceling the subscription in Vipps under manage subscription. After being charged, you will have access to the full month regardless of when in the month you cancel. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and contact us at post@solvgarden.no for a refund if you are not satisfied. If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, you can contact us at post@solvgarden.no for an immediate cancellation.

Booking
When booking, you will be granted access to the location or activity at the time of booking, if cancelled close to the time of booking, the booking will not be automatically refunded. Payment is due at the time of booking, and is considered to have been made when the visit starts. You can request a refund or adjustment if you have made a mistake in booking as long as it happens in time before the visit was supposed to start.

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Council is available by telephone at 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
